The Fuller Woman Expo has gone from one womans dream to an International Movement! Never in Canada's history was there ever a consumer trade-show dedicated specifically to plus size women, until now.

Mia Amber
"Hollywood & The Plus Size Woman"
While producing, Mia Amber burst onto the silver screen as "Rhonda" the full figured co-ed in the DreamWorks feature film "Road Trip". Mia believes in stepping out on faith to realize her dreams and travels the country as a speaker at seminars for aspiring models. She currently serves as the Creative Editor-In-Charge at Plus Model Magazine.
We are so honoured to have her in Canada, she will hosting a seminar/workshop entitled Hollywood & The Plus Size Woman...The Model, The Actor; she also be gracing the stage in our two fashion show. |

"High Fashion Runway 101"
Selbert Boothe is the Runway Show Coordinator, Choreographer and Coach for
the Fuller Woman Expo 2009.
An eminently stylish, witty, funny, warm and very down-to-earth person,Selbert has an interest for fashion, entertainment and culture. Educated at York University in Theatre Production and Human Resources Management,
Selbert works fulltime with one of Canada's Government agencies, runs a modelling program (Model Source), a theatre production company (CariRontoReality Theatre), produce special events and fundraisers and outsource
himself to companies. Selbert added fashion designing to his repertoire andhas recently launched his first men's wear line, Spring/Summer 2010 collection "Dare To Express".
As a creative and innovative professional, his duty is to redefine andrevitalize your personal style. With his keen sense for fashion, knowing what's hot and what's not, Selbert knows what his clients want and is able to deliver.
With over 8 years experience in fashion styling, creating images for people,and training models, Selbert's work has been exhibited in fashion shows,photo shoots and pageants. One of his models was selected to be on Project
Runway Canada on Slice TV Fall 2007.

Laura Furtado, a successful international Dancer, Instructor and Choreographer, is the Founder and Owner of DivaGirl Inc. With over 22 years of experience in the dance and fitness realms, she has made a presence across North America and Europe.She is a Visionary who has transformed the concept of a diva, with the creation of the DivaGirl community. Throughout her career, Laura has danced on stages across the world, has taught in numerous cities, certified hundreds of female Instructors and instructed thousands of women.
The success of her unique dance styles and repertories, have featured her in numerous media outlets such as the Toronto Star, Global Television, CBC, Rogers Television, City TV, The Slice Network, OMNI Television, The National Post, The Mississauga News, SNAP Newspaper, OMNI Radio, and That Channel Radio.Laura has been titled Lululemon Ambassador, DivaPreneur, Nominee for the Arts Entrepreneur of the Year and Nominee for the Emerging Performing Artists of the Year.
